Winter blues can make everything feel heavier and slower, but it won’t last forever. Short days and cold weather can affect mood and energy, so be gentle with yourself and remember that needing extra rest or support is okay. Even small moments of warmth—sunlight through a window, a comforting routine, or a kind connection—can help carry you through. Brighter days are ahead, and you don’t have to face this season alone.
