There are many great resources for mental health assistance as well as education in self-care and recognizing warning signs of a crisis. We believe that in order for our communities to be a healthy and thriving, we need to bring everyone together with common language to remove the stigma of talking about mental health, receiving help; and to prevent a mental health crisis all together. We need to illustrate the importance of caring for one’s mental health is important for every community member.
